Agreement to our Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, products, and services operated by Mumsy Mart (“Mumsy Mart,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing our storefront, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. 7. Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and any Box Open Policy published on our storefront. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law remain available to you.

8. Promotions, discounts, and gift cards

Gift cards are subject to the terms presented at purchase and applicable law; lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced except where required by law.

12. Third-party services

Our storefront may link to or integrate third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, analytics, social platforms). We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, or availability. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty or required by law, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mumsy Mart disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Courts in United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-waivable consumer venue rights.

These Terms, together with policies referenced herein and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mumsy Mart regarding the services and supersede prior understandings on the same subject.
